PSP welcome new team member

PSP are proud to welcome a new member to the team, 22 year old Lloyd Hopley. Lloyd has joined Denis in the Marine Spares Division and will also be part of the boat loading team. Lloyd leads a double life, by day he is working in the PSP HQ and in his spare time he’s working as a voluntary sea rescue lifeguard for Gosport and Fareham Inshore Rescue Service. He has been a volunteer since he was 14 years old, starting off in the canoe beach rescue team and moving to the lifeboats when he was 17. He specialises in neck and spinal injuries and has advanced first aid skills including delivering oxygen and using defibrillators. So next time you see someone getting winched up into a coast guard helicopter…….it could be Lloyd.
