Team PSP have enjoyed a successful boat show as they warm up for another season on the Thundercat circuit. The small rigid-inflatable boats attracted a lot of attention from the visitors as they demonstrated their speed and agility, whizzing up and down the water.
During the Collins Stewart London Boat Show, Team PSP shared the exhilarating experience with many new passengers including some TV crews. Michael Brandon, best known for his role as 80’s American cop Dempsey from Dempsey and Makepeace, was also there to test the boats and his nerve!
Team PSP suffered an injury at the end of the season which unfortunately left them just out of the running for the National Championship with an overall position of fourth. This year the team still headed by Scott Wilson will have a replacement co-pilot for the season and are determined to make the top three this time. ‘We were very unlucky to have the accident at the end of the season, as the team had done so well throughout the season. It won’t be easy with a new co-pilot but we are up for the challenge!’ Jo Dixie Team Manager.
